 -- What is Ticketcard? Ticketcard Classic is a unique product, developed by Ticketstream. This card has direct action and can be used as PERMANENT UNIVERSAL TICKET/PASS to different events and venues, presented in our data base, without printing actual tickets. This way clients have already practically ticket for all events in the pocket before the show. It is useful in cases, when client does not have printer, buys from mobile phone or in other similar situations. Plus it’s simply convinient – there is always a ticket in the pocket.
- Which types of Ticketcards are issued by Ticketstream? We issue Classic Ticketcard and Elite Ticketcard, plus Large events Ticketcard. Elite Ticketcard is not only used as a pass for events, but also is a payment card. More about Elite Ticketcard you will find in Elite club folder on the home page of Ticketstream. Large events Ticketcard. With this card clients can go to all events of the festival or large sport event, which includes many performances.
- How and where can I buy Ticketcard? You can do it or on-line, straight from theTicketstream, or at any of our POS. You need to complete the information form and after payment we will send it to your address. In addition to this you can get the card from our co-branding partners a list of which you will find also at the end of this file.
- For how long the card is valid? Ticketstream Ticketcard is valid for year and can be extended for another year for half of the initial price. In case of large events Ticketcard lasts for the time of this event and later turns into souvenir to memorize your participation in it.
- What are the other privileges of the Ticketcard? In addition to it’s uniquness and ability to be used as a universal pass to many events, the owner of the card will be receiving for free copy of his booking to the mobile phone as SMS. Plus he/she has own access to reports about booked, purchased events, pricing and other important information. We treat every client of Ticketstream with respect – the owners of Ticketcard we treat as VIP!
- What should I do in case if the card is lost or stolen? You need to call to our office at +420-224-2630-49 or send e-mail to info@ticketstream.cz and we will replace the lost/stolen card with a brand new one.
- Do I need to activate the newly received card? No. Classic card does not need activation and is simply handled to client after prepayment.
- Can I get Ticketcard straight from the Ticketstream office? Yes – choose this option when you order a card and save monies on delivery.
